Effective Marking
I am writing to thank you for the interesting course delivered to my staff today.
I am sure that, after our staff meeting tomorrow, we can re-write our policy and adjust as required.
Towards an outstanding PSHE lesson
The inset went very well thank you, Rhiannon. David spoke well and the staff responded well – all in all a good training session!
Gang Culture
It was an excellent session. Gill took so much care before hand in establishing where the Learning Mentors were at. She listened to the range of needs and requests and as a result got it absolutely right. The LMs came from those working in Infant Schools to the local 6th Form College which in the last year have had two fatalities.
She managed to engage them all and they were very willing to move their thinking on with her.
Strongly recommended!
Effective Tutoring (Phil Jones)
Excellent presentation - best session of the day!
Very good, lively delivery. Plenty of practical advice.
Knowledgeable, inspiring, interactive, great info.
Positive Behaviour Management for LSAs/ TAs
Nice atmosphere - friendly approach, well presented.
Excellent course provider, good to relate to own experiences and discuss with group.

ADHD and Asperger's
Please pass onto Bill how happy we were at King's with his training on Asperger's & ADHD. He has a warmth and an enthusiasm which he conveys well to his audience and his expertise is impressive. We would be happy to endorse him to any other school and I may well be interested in booking him again. Thanks to you, also, for co-ordinating so efficiently.
King's School, Worcester This type of inset training is a cost-effective way of meeting the CPD needs of a department or group of staff or for the whole school. What’s more, the training can be tailored to take your school’s particular needs into account.
If you have a small group of staff, it’s increasingly common to team up with other schools in the area to share the cost of training. To discuss your requirements please call Rhiannon Egerton on 0845 602 4860 or email rhiannon@etchtraining.co.uk
